【Introduction】
I have a site made by XOOPS CMS & Modules, and I usually go to the XOOPS official site (i.e. HERE)
for news and browsing informations.
I have discovered the login toolbar is so great that I intend to integrate it into my site for members to
login quickly and grasp info. conveniently.
【Customization】
A Picture below is the start state I expected:

After login, I need the toolbar to be :

welcome back {$account name} | my profile, edit profile, notification(show number) pm(show number) logout
It's a little different from the XOOPS official site toolbar.

When I log in to my site as a webmaster, the toolbar at the bottom (pic below) for the administrator
is so convenient.

That's why I want to combine them with the toolbar also for my site members to use.
【Already Have】
My site has already installed the profile, pm, xforum and search modules, so you only have to develop this customized member toolbar linking to former modules.
【Conclusion】
I don't know how much my request will cost and how long this integration project will take, so please tell me your fees evaluation and developing time for this if you sir are interested in my case.
