Is there a mybb merge with xoops?

I'm affraid there is not.
You will need to use some SQL to copy relevant data from one table to the other and so migrate your forum to a XOOPS forum eg NewBB/CBB 3.08
Some examples are on the forum for converting (search for IPB, CSV, PHPBB)
