system comment block error

i can not activate system?comment block, it gives me blank page. after dubuging:


function getVar() on a non-object in /modules/system/blocks/system_blocks.php on line 366

What does it mean?

It means you have comments in the comments table belonging to a module id, that no longer exists in the modules table.
