where can I find a module with "import the csv" function?

somebody help me . where can I found a module can import the "csv" file or "text" file ?

I wanna write a module with this function. but I do'nt know how to do.

You find module tutorials on the kaotik.biz site.
Some examples of csv import in News are to find with search for csv.

I can not found the method (import the csv file) on his webpage .

I found how to create a module , how to create a block........

but thanks anyway.
