Fatal error in yogurt module

hi.
i install Yogurt,it installed without errors from administration panel , but yogurt module not work and raise below error:


Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 20971520 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in /home/drneamati/domains/poshtibanan.ir/public_html/modules/smartfaq/xoops_version.php on line 456

my memory-limit in http://poshtibanan.ir/info.php reported 128M!

what is problem?

It seems you have several files (probably in the language directories) encoded in the wrong format:

These are byte order marks for UTF-8 and should not be present.
Use an editor like Notepad++ to convert your files to UTF-8 without BOM or ansi, depending on the character encoding of your database (utf8 / latin...) and site (UTF-8 / ISO-....) .

Remove your PHP info as it is a security risk.
