Hello everyone my name is leonardo and an intern. I offered to rearrange the site, and dusted off for this or my little knowledge of xoops.
I created a small site with the following modules icontent, MyAlbum, xoops clock, google maps, articles, news, amcontact.
I chose the theme "neoblue" which offers a menu with submenu sequent: news, forums, links, portfolio, contact.
I do not use quintals last 4, I want to remove this! In fact now there are 2 menu to the left one, the various modules and a high pointing to nonexistent pages. taks to all who help me sorry for language i `m italian

Add
#navsections {
display:none;
}
in /themes/neoblue/css/style.css or edit /themes/neoblue/theme.html or one of its includes as globalnav.html, etc, to adapt the links which may look like
<ul>
<
li><a href="http://mysite.com">Homea>li>
<
li><a href="http://mysite.com/modules/news">Newsa>li>
<
li><a href="http://mysite.com/modules/newbb">Forumsa>li>
<
li><a href="http://mysite.com/modules/mylinks">Linksa>li>
<
li><a href="http://mysite.com/modules/works">Portfolioa>li>
<
li><a href="http://mysite.com/modules/contact">Contacta>li>
ul>
