Hello All.

A few hours ago I restored the database for my website. I tried to delete some tables ( of uninstalled modules) from the database. Since then I can log into my website by there is no Administration Section anymore. I Also tried to mysite/admin.php.
This gives me the following error.

Fatal error: Class 'XoopsSystemCpanel' not found in /home/contentmysite/include/cp_functions.php on line 31

I googled this error but haven't succeeded in solving the problem.

I would really appreciate it if anybody out there can help me.

Thanks in advance.

Hello bjuti

I did clean the xoops_data dir but it is still the same.

I tried to get into the administration section by the following method but haven't succeeded in it yet.

http://mysite.com/admin.php this gives me the following error.

Fatal error: Class 'XoopsSystemCpanel' not found in /mysite/include/cp_functions.php on line 31

I tried to get into the administration section of a certain module through

http://mysite.com/modules/smartsection/admin/index.php

Fatal error: Class 'XoopsSystemCpanel' not found in /mysite/include/cp_functions.php on line 31

Yes I do have a backup of my database it is about two weeks old. I restored that one but it didn't help the problem.

I will be waiting for ur repelies.

thanx

Uninstalling modules should delete the tables.
Deleting tables of not yet uninstalled modules is a sure way to get your system into trouble.

That is quiet normal. This is a forum and not a chat.

Hello Ghia

Thanks for your reply. The tables I deleted from the database were from an unistalled module ( that is for sure). Interesting, you mention that uninstalling a module deletes the tables but looking back in my database I still see many tables from modules which are/were uninstalled. how is that possible!!!

And sorry about that remark.

Why?
- not following the proper uninstall procedure.
- modules with flaws
- database user rights
- ...
From which modules should these tables be?
They should not belong to some of the regular or common ones.

Hello ghia

My website was slowing down. I red in some forum about a plugin called "Booster". But you first should have installed the RMCommon Utility module. But installing that module wasn't succesful. After that I got a blank page. I removed the rmcommon folder from modules dir ( as i wasn't succeeded in installing it). After that i could get into my website and also preferences but i could not access General Setting ( blankpage). I put the debug mode on through phpMyAdmin. And It gave me those errors. I then deleted the tables of rmcommon module from the database but no luck.

Anyways these are the current errors i get when trying to go to administration area.

Errors
Warning: Class 'XoopsTree' is deprecated, check 'XoopsObjectTree' in tree.php in file /class/xoopstree.php line 45

Warning: XoopsLoad::include(/modules/system/class/cpanel.php) [function.XoopsLoad-include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in file /class/xoopsload.php line 116

Warning: XoopsLoad::include() [function.include]: Failed opening '/modules/system/class/cpanel.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in file /class/xoopsload.php line 116
