Can you give me a tutorial step-by-step how to do these menus...!??!?!

Different ways:
When you add a module in the main menu it automaticly makes a link

When you want a make a customlink, make a block and use html to make a link

Or use multimenu module to make this

learn something about HTML & CSS, this could hepl you... or create the images & insert in a block the right code, easy &fast.
