Hallo all, i'm trying to extend the fbconnect module. What i'm trying to do is, set the facebook logged user appear as logged in in my site and assign to him to the group facebook users which i created. I dont want to store any data of that user in my db. and i'm using preloads to check if the user is connected to facebook when they are visiting my site.

So is there a way to create a "ghost" user for each one of them which xoops sees as a logged in user of my site?Any ideas?

I think you have to make some actions as in /include/checklogin.php
I think you need also a user created for the Facebook group and log in that one by the FaceBook login check.

Be very careful with the permissions for this group, since everybody can login on Facebook, you are introducing a second anonymous users group! Except that they may see more of your site, they shouldn't have no more rights on your site especially for posting etc, then the anonymous user.
