hi'

Make sure that all these folders exist :
/xoops_data
/caches
/xoops_cache

If not, create it. If yes, with Filezilla, make a right click on /xoops_data and choose File permissions : enter 755 with Recursive in subfolders checked.

Hello , I change pemission on folder /xoops_data

Have you try CHMOD 0755 ? On every folder (not only /xoops_data but also all folders inside) ?

Not for all so works...
On my server has earned only with the permissions 777.

I try installing again and this time the mistakes is this License is Not writable .
Make ../include/license.php Writable

Set also 777 as permission for that file.
