Hello All I have a problem when I go to my site and have not logged in i get you do not have permission to accesses and it keeps refreshing to the same thing but when logged in it workes fine I have checked all the permissions and juast cant figure it out.

A couple of my members are having the same problem after I upgraded to 2.4.0

Would you mind telling me what the problem was, maybe it will help them.
