You could try a module called XoopsMembers (a download link is available here, #6).

Or you could use Top users block, with some code modifications it is possible to get this kind of page :http://www.babylonbyxoops.net/modules/xoops-modules-dev/index.php (a tutorial is available here, sorry only in french )
