can't activate new template set

I have upgraded a XOOPS 2.3.3 to 2.4.

Now I can create a template set, but when i go into setings to set it as default and click ok i get this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare XoopsImagesetimg::imgset_refid() in /home/www/xxx.yyyy.dk/kernel/imagesetimg.php on line 65

Does anyone have an idea whats wrong
