When I click on my admin panel, nothing shows up but a blank white screen. How do I access my admin panel to begin the designing process?

Bookbullies, Welcome to the XOOPS forum.

It seems a new install (of 2.3.3b?). What steps did you make after the install procedure was finished?

After the Install procedure was finished, I simply went to my domain name.

Did you check all required (sub)directories are available and have been set with the write permissions (see release notes)?
Try also to do the file check (see release notes).

No I did not. Should I delete all the files uploaded to my website, and reupload them and reinstall it, in order to see if they have been set with the correct permissions?

No these are manual operations to be done (cfr chmod 777).
In principle there is no need to reupload or reinstall, you can correct this with FTP or the admin site file manager in eg cPanel.

What was the result of the file checksum test?

How do I do these manual operations? I went to page four

http://voxel.dl.sourceforge.net/project/xoops/XOOPS%20Documentation_%20Core/XOOPS%202.3.1%20Installation%20Guide/XOOPS2.3.x_InstallationGuide_en.pdf

and I see that is what you are referring to. I will on my FtP server and right clicked all of these folders and then pressed file permissions.

I then put a checkmark by the word "write" but that did not fix the problem I am having.

Did you do also chmod the directory /uploads?

What about the file checksum test?

Thanks, a lot for the help I managed to install it but now I have a new problem.

When I try to put videos and images on my site, only the script shows up and not the actual images and videos.

Take a look at it
