Error xoops tag onload for w3c

Forgive me in advance for my bad English language.
I'm an admin Italian XOOPS.

I found a problem on the file

/class/textsanitizer/image/image.php

The file is called when you post pictures by admin on blocks through tool.
The syntax is not valid and compatible with the W3C standards.

Example output code deprecated:

Indeed, the pictures posted with the automated tool to insert blocks are not compatible with other browsers (eg Firefox).
Someone rewrote the affected file w3c compliant?

It is in all XOOPS versions.
Onload is reserved for body and frameset tags by the W3C.
Most browsers allow it on other objects too as eg images.

The version is XOOPS 2.3.3b.

Yes, i know that the tag onload is valid only into body.

I think that current situation of image.php it's very bad,
and would be better to rewrite the code of this file!!!!

You have some ideas?
