Overall I think the documentation is good and better than e.g. Joomla's. However, I do have some comments and questions:
Page 2: Says we have over 60 themes. Don't we mean 600?
Page 3: Error in the table for Figure 11.
Page 10: While we discuss making directories writable, why don't we add that root/cache also needs to be writable for FCKEditor to work?
Page 30: Here we talk about moving the directories outside of the root and then updating the mainfile. Isn't it better to move the directories before the installation? That way you won't have to update the mainfile.
Page 50: Typo. Says "XOOPS Insallation".
