How do I make visible a block with the most valued news (ratenews)...?

In the preferences rating must be allowed.
In the top news block(?) you have an option to select the latest, most read or best rated articles.

I want to show the most valued news block, is not none of these options

Top News is one of the blocks (9/10) of module News.
It's first option is 'Order by' and you have the choices: publishing date, hits and rating. The latter is the one you need.
