News: changing the "Read more..." text

If i want the read more-link to say "read full story" for example instead of "Read more...", how should i do this?

which module? In news for example edit modules/news/language/english/main.php changing the define for "_NW_READMORE"

for blocks edit block.php change "_MB_READMORE"
