Truncated modules admin page?

Okay, I'm going to install SmartObject so that SmartSection will work and not throw errors at me, and this is what I get:

So I'm like "wtf? I could swear there was more here earlier!"
What's wrong?

(I use UTF-8 encoding, as it always works for me.)
