How to change "read more.." to something unique?

Blimey, not loged into here for years;)

Just a quickie, How can I edit the "Read more.." to say something like " Click me..." in the news items. I did once before but I cant for the life of me remember how I did it.

in the news module folder...there is a folder called language...search there
