Hi,

That gallery is xcgal and "Manta" is the name of the person who uploaded the pictures.

The site that you have linked to is a "xoopscube" site. If you are using "proper" XOOPS then you need the xcgal module. Search on this site for it.

No, xcgal is XOOPS gallery based on Coppermine, while XoopsGallery is based on Gallery.

I don't know why you are asking him, AFAIK he is not the developer. He has only a site for XOOPS Cube with some translations and test possibilities.
If you read the texts on his site then you would know he stopped distributing the XoopsGallery:
