xlanguage 2.04, news 1.63 problem

I use XOOPS 2.3.3 and there are problems on news 1.63 after setting configure xlanguage 2.04
problems occur when i insert "include_once XOOPS_ROOT_PATH.'/modules/xlanguage/api.php';" on file "XOOPS/include/common.php", the news module on admin it will appear only white blank page. But when i remove it the "include_once XOOPS_ROOT_PATH.'/modules/xlanguage/api.php';", the news module on admin look normally

Can someone explain this occurrence. thanks ^_^
