I'm not exactly sure if it is a javascript problem but when I click on "more" to see online users, the thing doesn't pop up. Neither the smiley box pop up as I click on it. Please see the link to verifyhttp://xoopsdemo.gottheme.com/modules/tinycontent/?xoops_theme_select=Noel

I'm using XOOPS 2.3.2b, it works with other themes but not the Noel one.

The link to xoops.js seems to be missing in this theme.

Edit: Oops, just copied the code from here. Of course you should use your domain instead of www.xoops.org. Sorry.
