Did upgrade from 2.3.1 to 2.3.2b still showing 2.3.1

I downloaded the latest file for upgrade from 2.3.1 to 3.2.2b and uploaded to my server but when I typehttp://www.myadress/upgrade/
show me that everything is OK and on the bottom said "No upgrade needed"
Xoops version 2.3.1.

What should I do to upgrade to 2.3.2b ?????

You upgraded allready by uploading the 2.3.2b upgrade folder. The /upgrade page tells you that uploading is enough and no further steps are nescessary.

But to be sure. What tells the page you get when you enter the administration section? The first line must tell you that you are using XOOPS 2.3.2 That you actually use version 2.3.2b is not shown. Not a good thing by the way...
