Simple Module for download “anybody knows?”

I want to have the MIDI files (songs) on my web side with module that would allow users to upload MIDI files and also have archive with all my MIDI songs for download. I try all kind of different Modules and they are not good for what I am looking for.
I am using module “My Downloads” v. 1.6.
Some simple looking module.

Now showing me this error when I click on some of these modules:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@bosnaportland.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Why some modules work and some of them not?

In back Admin, first that I notes is no pic for "Protector" module, then when I click on it Shown me this "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error". I am able to go to preferences, but nothin else. Then I note that on my "Home page" modules "Video Tube", "My Links", My Downloads" don't work, the same error. Debug doesn't show any errors!!! In backend Admin I am still able to go to preferences on all these modules, but nothing else. Didn't download or change anything from the last good working time.

Thank you guys for replay, I installed CBB 3.08 and it seems works just fine.

I tried "Newbb" and "Newbbex", they full off bugs. Red all forum topics here and couldn't find any solutions.
Please, anybody knows what is good and stable Forum module for XOOPS there.

Xoops V2.3.2
Newbb V1.6 (or ForumEx)
Theme “Bluehue” (Theme Design By James Morris)
Language “Bosnian”
Default editor: I’m using TinyEditor V1 for news, but in Newbb you can not change editor and I think is DHTML-Editor.

Did upgrade from 2.3.1 to 2.3.2b still showing 2.3.1

I downloaded the latest file for upgrade from 2.3.1 to 3.2.2b and uploaded to my server but when I typehttp://www.myadress/upgrade/
show me that everything is OK and on the bottom said "No upgrade needed"
Xoops version 2.3.1.

What should I do to upgrade to 2.3.2b ?????
