CBB 4.0 RC is not a finished module (as indicated by 'RC', it is intended for advanced users able to de-bug stuff themselves and then return bug information to the developer.)
Save yourself the stress, and don't bother with this release unless you are aiming to assist the developer. A finished module will be released when the bugs have all been worked out.
