How to upgrade the memory? In XOOPS 2.3.2b the memory limit is 32M..I want to increase the limit to maximum, how?

This needs setting on your server, not through xoops. How much control do you have over your server? (or write your hosts and ask them to 'up' it.)

I guess you mean the memory limit which you can see in the System overview at the admin mainpage? These settings show the php limits and setting as set on the webserver. You can't change this in xoops.
