Registration Form Layout redesign

How do I change the layout of the registration form?
I have few custom fields like

"Do you intend to further your studies through our course materials?"
Yes/No

It has long sentence and its cramp up on the left table looking like this:

Any idea how I can make the form more readable like this?:

Are you using profile module for create these custom fields in registration form ? if yes, edit modules/profile/templates/profile_form.html
and replace line 16:

</td>

with:

</td></tr><tr>

hmm. i viewed it in dreamweaver and the table changed.

i replaced the existing file in the server.
but no changes was seen.

do i need to update anything else?

sure, you need to turn on Check templates for modifications via General Settings. and try to empty /templates_c folder.

I test it on XOOPS 2.3.2b with profile module 1.51
