Xoops Copyright?

So easy to get rid of. Looking through the license "browsing" I didn't see anything against it. Is XOOPS really not requiring their copyright to stay on their users sites? Or am I blind? Most likely the latter.

No, it is not. XOOPS is GPL.

No, under GPL everyone has the freedom to alter the code of its copy of the program as they see fit. There are two exceptions which may not be altered.
- The piece of comment in the header that specifies the copyright and the license. This is a mandatory piece.
- A display function of the copyright and license to the user. This is for XOOPS modules to see in the module administration.

hmmm.... I always thought under gpl you couldn't move that. But I didn't see it going through the license of gpl they saved with the files. Thanks ghia!
