Upgrading Version 2.0.16

I want to upgrade to the newest and greatest XOOPS... but I currently have 2.0.16 installed on my site. Is there an intermediate version of XOOPS that I must upgrade to first or can I go straight to 2.3?

You can go straight to 2.3.1 Make sure you read and follow the instructions !

i like to upgrade to X2.3, but it seems this version doesn't support multilingual!!!

I wish to upgrade to 2.3.3 fom 2.0.16 which I used to develop a friends web site few years ago. Could you please advise if this is possible? Do I need to upgrade to another version before upgrading to 2.3.3?

I recently went from 1.3 to 2.3.3.

you can jump from 2.0.13.2 or better by using the upgrade option that comes with the full 2.3.3 download. Read the release notes for specific instructions but basically you make a modified html/htdocs directory, copy it on to your existing XOOPS file structure and run the upgrade script (in /upgrade) you need for the version you are upgrading from.

You may want to review this posting on upgrading an existing XOOPS 2.0.x site to XOOPS 2.3.x.
