Hi all

I'm using xcgallery 2.02

and XOOPS 2.18.1

I would like to prevent people copying photos from my website and also xcgal has a feature to send e-cards of the photos. I would like to turn this option off... How can I do that?

I appreciate any help.

There is a watermark feature. If that is not enough, don't put photos on the web.
For the e-cards see the admin section and preferences.

Thank you but is it possible to prevent right click on the pics?

you would need javascript for that, inserted in the theme.

google is the key to finding a script to do that.

but why bother? right click can be circumvented if you know how, and also if someone really wants an image, they just use an image grabber or take a screenshot. really there is no protection against copying images, the watermark is good, because it's an annoyance, but to prevent it fully you just can't do it..
