I am trying to convert my theme <table> into <div> but having trouble;
css file:

I have been trying to place this code:
le="color: #000000"><?php <{php}> echo(formatTimestamp(time(),"m"));<{/php}>, GMT+10: Brisbane, QLD - Australia.
for it to get the time + date, display under the banner (vertical align = middle) of the banner.jpg
