Hi,

My members are getting this message when trying to PM any members name:

Sorry, you don't have the permission to access this area.
If the page does not automatically reload, please click here

But I can as webmaster

Any help with this please

Hi are you using a module for PMs (e.g. MPmanager 2.63) or are you using the core funcionality?

Xoops 2.3 php5

The update has been a right pain

Will the MPmanager work with 2.3 and php5?

Kev, you seem to have lots of problems with the upgrade, did you also get xoops-2.3.0-rc-addon I am fairly sure some things didn't work till I applied some of the addons particularly the Frameworks and class updates in that addons folder. Have a read of the "readme.addon.txt"

I could afford to play with things as I installed on a test site. YMMV

I just haven't had many problems at all with the upgrade.

Just make sure you back everything up.
