Anyway I can enable multiple upload for the cbb module?
or multiple attachment.

Will be using the module as a photography forum.

does cloning the piece of code do the trick?

I suggest that you use a dedicated module for upload tasks (myalbum is a good one). Forum module should not have upload functions - a source of security issues.
