Scraps are not being posted to the Scrapbook

After many tries, I am baffled as to why scraps are not being posted to the scrapbook. The number of scraps is displayed on the "Scraps" tab, and a notification is sent out about the scrap being posted. However, underneath the "Post Scrap" where the scraps are supposed to display there is just a message stating "No Scraps created in this Scrapbook yet." Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm using version 2.9 of Yogurt. (sorry for the delayed response)
