Hello

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to integrate XOOPS with Code Ingniter. I've been told that XOOPS has a large footprint and that because I have a lot of functions (non standard) on my website it's too slow and I'm better to go with CodeIgniter and start all over again! I've spent a long time on XOOPS so want to make sure I understand my options properly before making any changes and whether the two might be integrated so I can have the CMS but also robust programming for the functions on the site.

Thanks

Endota

With current XOOPS versions, you have to make hacks in order to import third-party frameworks.

In 2.3 and 3.0, we are building a mechanism to allow third-party framework integration.
