Two questions on editing a Guestbook template

Still learning.. a couple of easy? questions..

1.) I want to completely remove the 'user menu' on my guestbook.. it is a public guestbook and the user's don't need to see this menu. Is this possible to do?

2.) I want to embed my guestbook into Dreamweaver. I tried to apply my dreamweaver template to my guestbook index.php page, but it was grayed out- any suggestions?

Ok, I got it working with my dreamweaver stuff...
All I need now is to know how to remove the User Menu..

I guess I'll either find another forum or an entirely new product.
