What is the BEST way to fully backup a Xoops site??

Anyone got any recommendations on the best/easiest way to make a full backup of a XOOPS site? Is there a module, or do I need to do it manually through my host?

Hi, there is a module...DB backup & restore, should be easy to find.

I prefer to do it manually via my host's CPanel which, like many hosts, has phpmyadmin included.
