my web site is down! :(
i deleted the files in templates_c, than i couldn't see my site :( i am now in admin menu, but if i log out, i think i can't enter again.. it's, http://www.irsadvakfi.com

PLEASE ANYBODY HELP ME..

if you are still in admin try enable debug to see what wrong
if you are logged out you can enable debug through phpmyadmin ?

check dbprefix_config > debug mode > conf_value

change it from 0 to 1

I could enter my site, but now my admin area is blank :( :'(

What's the matter ? I search everywhere but nothing seems wrong.. There is no menu in admin area.. All modules' pictures on admin area are empty

Is your /cache folder writable?

If so then try deleting/renaming the file adminmenu.php that you see in there anf then go back to your sites admin panel. You might the "Is this your first time in admin" message.... click on yes/submit and see what happens.
