newbb: how to create block

Hi Experts,
I need help in customizing the newbb blocks. My forum site Blocks is only limited by Most Active Topics,Most Viewed Topics and Recent Topics (these are the default blocks) How do i generate a block such as https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/?

That's not a block, it's the Forums index page. Just click on the forums link in your main menu.

If you want to have the CBB/newbb blocks visible on that page then set them up that way in blocks admin.

If you want the Forums index to be visible on your homepage then you can set the forums page to be your homepage in Admin>preferences

The other method to setting your Newbb to display in the anonymous users goto:

Admin -> System Admin -> Groups

Select Anonymous, and you can specify which modules you want accessable to the public (becareful to not allow system admin access to anonymous)..
