After the XOOPS install was completed, i wanna to install some module in the xoops, but once action module which some problems are happened here.
Unable to write to main menu.
The directory cache/ uploads/ template_c/ is writable by webserver?
So i think whether the database need some configure?

You need set 777 permissions in that folder; in /cache folder too.
Look athttp://www.xoopswiki.org/wiki/index.php?title=Starting_a_New_XOOPS_Site Day 3 - Piecing it Together

There is not necesary configuration in mysql; you must only check that you have installed the right extensions (myslql-php)
