Xoops name the file mod?

I use XOOPS for my gaming website as CMS.

I wan't to be able to name the articles file.

When ive made my article I would like the ability to name the file, for example, http://www.yourdomain.com/my-chosen-file-name.htm

Please tell me if there is a mod for this and if not who can do this for me??

Here is module that will make life a lot better. It called Xoops Hack it is still in beta version but looks very good. If and when the dev is finished this would solve your problems.
