I dont know how familiar you are with html code but you can add as many countrys as you want.
there is an iframe.html file in the package that you can edit to add as many countrys as you like.
you put them in this line.
<tr><td colspan="2"><select name="1y"><option value="CA">Canada</option><option value="US" selected>United States</option></select></td></tr>
I'v added the other countrys for you and fix the link for script_fu
