When I access the following:
www.myxoops.com/modules/system/admin.php?fct=preferences

Then encountered the following error message:
"
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /modules/system/admin.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
"

The file permission of /modules/system/admin.php has been set to "755".

Any hint or solution to solve this problem? thank you very very much!

admin.php should be 644

you need to chmod the file.

Thats not the problem though... you need to be a webmaster to access that particular area. (or just have admin over the system module)

Are you in a subgroup of the Webmaster?
