I'm looking for a way to import or edit some information in a quick way.

The case - XOOPS is used for our Intranet. We want't to make it possible for the employee to see his credits like holiday ours.

Basicly its possibel to edit a field in "my account" but this is a hell of a job because it concerns 250 employees.

We would like a option to edit this quicker, so here are mine idees

- import an excel file with all users into the database, reserve a field in my account
- A list in the admin panel so we can edit it manually.
- A new module with the requested option
- An existing module ( I can't find witch)
- An existing module with a adjustment

Mayby there is somone among you who can guide me in the right direction. My knowledge of PHP/MYSQL is limited to little adjustments.

For import users from a excel file look in my signature (conversion script) but XOOPS run with Ldap or Active directory.

For others questions, you can try smartprofile by sample.

Smartprofile isn't possible its operating with php5 and my hoster doens't .support it yet (other hoster isn't possible= a company site)

Creating users with a CSV map, I have to get in to it seems difficult to proteq on the webserver.

found it, but not suited for the wishes I have.
