I need someone who is experienced in XOOPS and general websdesign.

We need a relatively straight forward site with following. Modules are available on here for our requirements as I've built one before but just don't have the time now.

I need, a cool looking site similar to http://www.vibe.com or http://www.yoraps.com

I need to have a members with login/out. Obv XOOPS has this incorporated. Could do with adding details to that though.

Also a shopping cart for products that integrates with paypal.

All straight forward with a bit of flash added. Need this asap and on a budget of £600.
