Problem after install XOOPS..

When I successfully install XOOPS, I enter the main page of my XOOPS, but it appears blank page.. can not find any error appears.. the page just totally blank, and I have no idea what's the problem..

My XOOPS:

can anyone help me please..

check the permissions on cache/ and templates_c/ - they both need to be writable by the server (755 or 777)
