Can't remove Theme related Links

I'm using the theme PinkGooberhead and it has a few links seemly imbedded in it that I can't remove. I found them in the theme.html file and deleted them out of the html and even toggled the "Check templates for modifications" in the system preferences.

It seems like something else must be controlling this, can anybody help?

Try to clear the templates_c directory.

Is there a tool for that in XOOPS or do I just wipe out the whole directory? Then do I just have to regenerate the Theme stuff or other things too?

Just delete everything in the /templates_c directory except the index.html file. This will cause XOOPS to create a new copy of the cached template.
