PD Downloads Size problem

I have succesfully installed - PD Downloads 1.2 -. I changed the php.ini file to upload value of 100mb. The phpinfo reports the new size correct but inside the PD downloads module I cannot change the value and I cannot download files> 2mb. Any ideas or suggestions more than welcome!

same problem with the same version of pddownloads. I thought it was from the rights of the upload file at the host server but not..

i found the answer. The guys from my hosting company site5 helped me. Change your php.ini and copy it to the directory where the upload script is (admin). Then it works!. Also check that the download link is correct. Hope that helps. PS. I am from Greece too.
