I run the XOOPS 2.2.3 Final version (Greek edition)

Can you tell me how can I upgrade? Which file do I have to download (from where) ?


PS: Does the upgrade affect the language? I mean if I upgrade this will make changes to the language pack?

By the way I would like to tell you that I prefer asking in this forum and not at the Greek one because the traffic here is bigger and I find answers easier.
